Co-producer - Kelly Bray

Kelly Bray has 15 years of legal experience, including 9 years in the film and television industry as in house counsel. Her experience covers all aspects of television and film production including financing, acquisition of rights, pre-production, principal photography, post production and international distribution. Most recently, Kelly was VP Legal & Business Affairs at Salter Street Films/Alliance Atlantis Communications where she was directly involved with the producers on the documentary feature film Bowling for Columbine, television documentaries The Awful Truth II and Kink as well as numerous television dramas/comedies, including This Hour Has 22 Minutes, Made in Canada and the stop motion animation series Poko. Prior to her work at Salter Street, Ms. Bray held the position of Vice President Legal & Business Affairs at Sullivan Entertainment and was a lawyer in Business Affairs department at Nelvana Limited. Ms. Bray received a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University in 1985 and an MBA from the University of Toronto in 1996. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University. She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and a Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia.
